Terms of Use

The terms that govern your access to and use of the ALT Bridge Group website.

Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to the website of ALT Bridge Group (“ALT Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of altbridgegroup.com and any pages, materials, forms, communications, information, or other content made available through this website (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational and Educational Purposes Only

The Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Nothing contained on the Site constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, individualized financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation regarding any security, investment strategy, transaction, property, entity, or investment opportunity.

You should consult your own investment, legal, tax, accounting, and other professional advisers before making any financial or investment decision.

2. No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

Any offer or solicitation relating to a security will be made only through the applicable definitive offering documents and only to persons who satisfy the applicable investor eligibility requirements and in jurisdictions where such offer or solicitation is lawful.

Descriptions of investments, projects, strategies, properties, structures, or anticipated opportunities on the Site are provided solely for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in applicable offering materials.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting information, joining an interest list, scheduling a meeting, or otherwise communicating with ALT Bridge does not constitute an offer, acceptance, commitment, reservation, allocation, subscription, or investment.

3. Private Offerings and Regulation D

Certain investment opportunities discussed by ALT Bridge or third parties may involve securities offered in private transactions, including offerings intended to qualify for exemptions from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, including Regulation D.

The eligibility requirements, offering restrictions, permitted communications, investor qualification requirements, and other terms applicable to any particular offering depend upon that offering's structure and governing documents.

No statement on this Site should be interpreted as modifying the terms of a particular offering or establishing that any person is eligible to participate in an offering.

Where an offering is limited to accredited investors or other qualified persons, prospective investors will be required to satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements before investing and may be required to provide information or documentation supporting their eligibility.

4. No Reliance on Website Information

Information on the Site may be general, preliminary, illustrative, incomplete, or subject to change. Information concerning a particular investment should not be relied upon in place of that investment's definitive governing and offering documents.

If information appearing on the Site differs from applicable definitive offering documents, the definitive offering documents control.

Past performance, where presented, is not necessarily indicative of future results. No investment result, return, distribution, appreciation, liquidity event, tax result, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

ALT Bridge's internal guidance likewise requires specific returns, fees, fund size, minimum investment, tax benefits, investment terms, and similar live-offering information to be verified against current approved offering materials.

5. Investment Risks

Alternative and private-market investments involve substantial risks, including possible loss of principal. Investments may be illiquid, speculative, subject to limited operating histories or limited information, and affected by economic, financial, market, regulatory, tax, real estate, credit, business, and other risks.

An investment may not be suitable for every investor.

Prospective investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and consulting their professional advisers before making an investment decision.

6. 1031 Exchange Information

Information concerning Section 1031 exchanges, replacement properties, tenant-in-common (“TIC”) structures, or related matters is general in nature and is not tax or legal advice.

ALT Bridge Group is not a Qualified Intermediary solely by virtue of providing information or opportunities described on this Site. Investors pursuing a Section 1031 exchange should consult their own Qualified Intermediary, tax adviser, and legal counsel regarding applicable requirements, deadlines, eligibility, and tax consequences.

7. Third-Party Information and Services

The Site may contain information supplied by sponsors, issuers, investment managers, developers, property owners, service providers, or other third parties. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites or services.

ALT Bridge does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, products, or services.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, branding, graphics, designs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ALT Bridge Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for your own lawful informational and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, exploit, or create derivative works from Site materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Site;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or personal information without authorization; or

10. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

ALT Bridge does not warrant that Site information will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALT Bridge Group and its affiliates and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of or reliance upon the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
